About this Group:

This is a creative arts therapy support and process group for therapists, designed to foster meaningful connection and build community.  We will meet every second Sunday at 10:00am.  Bring your coffee and settle in to make some art in community and decompress!

Each month we'll use the arts to explore and process our experiences working as therapists, especially in supporting our most vulnerable populations during this time of uncertainty and change. 

Some of the types of art making we will use include collage, painting, drawing, writing, and blackout poetry. No art experience is needed.

There is hot water available for tea, feel free to bring your favorite mug.

This group is a safe space and is explicitly gender-affirming and anti-racist. 

Cost: $50  per session

Payment due at the time of registration, includes cost of materials. 

Payment for each subsequent session will be due on that date. You do not need to attend every session to join, but since space is limited, priority will be given to participants who wish to attend regularly.
